Shipping And Delivery | Exchange Policy

All products are dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing the order, Monday to Friday. Tracking details are shared via email to every customer.
Orders placed after Friday 10am are dispatched on Monday. Incase of longer delivery time, emails are sent out to customers intimating the dispatch/shipping date. 

Exchange of intimates is not entertained due to the nature of the product. Incase of incorrect size or product defect; Our team does look into exchanges after checking pictures of the defect. ( only fresh, unworn pieces in their original packing meet the exchange criteria ). No returns. 

Kindly note a minimum shipping fee is charged in case of 'exchange'.
